The Company Of Women
“For many centuries women lived in close fellowships with other women – gathering at the well, down by the river, preparing meals – many occasions for femininity to just sort of naturally pass from older women to younger women. Our intuition, our keen eye for relationship, our ability to grasp matters of the heart made any sort of formal “passage” into femininity unnecessary. Nowadays those opportunities are nearly gone. When we meet as women, it tends to be in high-stress situations – corporate meetings with deadlines, ministry meetings with agendas, PTA meetings with concerns”.

Since 2006, the ministry has grown and expanded in an effort to gather and create a community of women who inspire, encourage and empower one another. FAITH Fellowships are where we do just that. FAITH is and acronym which stands for Freedom And Insight Through Healing. In these settings, women gather at a home or in the community, share a meal, engage in a discussion on a chosen topic and fellowship. The women also sow into the ministry so it can continue its work.
“So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing” ~I Thessalonians 5:11
